My name is Emily Paussa, and I’m the founder of Prime Beauty Bar. I am a professional makeup and spray tan artist based in Kansas City, MO. While I specialize in bridal makeup, I also offer services for all occasions. Whether it’s a dance, photoshoot, special event, or simply a day you want to treat yourself.

It’s truly an honor to play a role in someone’s big day, and my goal is always to create a relaxing, fun, and confidence boosting experience. Seeing my clients light up when they look in the mirror and stand a little taller is the greatest reward in what I do.

With over 11 years of experience, I’ve been fortunate to train with world renowned artists such as Mario Dedivanovic (Kim Kardashian’s makeup artist) and Priscilla Ono (Rihanna’s makeup artist). My career has also given me the opportunity to work on a film production featuring actresses Naomi Grossman and Elaine Hendrix, as well as collaborate with other artists at the Pre Oscar Fashion Show in Los Angeles. Locally, I regularly provide runway makeup for Kansas City Fashion Week, helping bring bold, beautiful looks to life on the stage.
